Update on WOW

The hold on WOW has been stopped.  As long as you stay within your 50%, you can replace any that leave.

    so if I had someone leave that position 1 month ago and I remain below 50%, I can refill it? Just want to make sure I am reading this correctly.

    That is correct. You can fill up to the 50%.
