Safety Concern on Calhoun Street

From security: Make sure your staff know this

There have been three recent attacks on females in the area of Calhoun Street east of Rutledge Avenue. These attacks have become increasingly violent in nature. The most recent attack took place at approximately 2:00am on February 1. The suspect in these attacks is a white male about 5' 10" to 6' tall, medium build. The suspects approximate age is unknown. None of these assaults have taken place on campus. The Department of Public Safety has increased patrol activities in the area. If you see any suspicious individuals on campus, contact Public Safety at 792-4196.
